High-harmonic generation (HHG) in solids is an emerging method to probe ultrafast electron dynamics at attosecond timescale. In this work, we study HHG from monolayer and bilayer graphene. Bilayer graphenes with AA AB stacking are considered work. It found that the exhibit significantly different harmonic spectra. The difference spectra attributed interlayer coupling between two layers. Also, intraband interband contributions total spectrum play a significant role.
